Common Reservation Questions

Who Should Request A Reservation?

If you think you're likely to place an order, but need a bit of time to design and purchase your furniture we recommend requesting a reservation. This'll ensure that if we have a reservation available you'll have an entire week to design your furniture and place your order.

While we'd love to take all orders, creating a piece of furniture is a highly complex process, and we have a limited capacity each month. Through the reservation system we aim to ensure customers can take their time designing their pieces and make a well thought out purchase.


What If Production Is Fully Booked?

If our production run is fully booked before you can get a reservation unfortunately we won't be able to take your order right away. Luckly you can still save your furniture, and add it to your cart so that once the next production run starts you're ready to go.

You can sign-up to be notified when our next production run starts, and every month we'll be increasing capacity so that we can handle more and more orders.


How Do I Get Notifications?

To find out when a production run starts visit your account page and opt-in to receive production run notifications.

We'll give you a heads up before we open up the next production run so you can get your purchase ready ahead of time.

A reservation is a way of holding a spot in our production run. Once you have one you can rest assured knowing that any order you place before your time (1 week from when the reservation was issued) is up will be fufilled in our current production run.

First you request a reservation (if one is available, and you haven't already made a request you can do so clicking the 'Reserve An Order' button at the top and submiting the form). After that wait for an email from us letting you know you've been given a reservation. Finally design your furniture, and checkout/pay for your order to finish the process.

Nope, if we've got availability in our production run you can place your order right now. If, however, you need some time to decide on things a reservation will guarantee that we save some room for you should you decide to order.

You can view the status of your reservation at the top of this page. If it states that we've received your request we'll let you know as soon as a reservation is available. Unfortunately if we're particularly backed up it might take untill our next production run to confirm your reservation. Feel free to contact admin@massuni.com should you have any questions.

While we'd love to take all orders, growing at a rate where we can maintain quality is very important to us. If you leave your email with us we can let you know when the next batch of orders will be accepted. We're going to be increasing our capacity every month with the goal of being able to satisfy any and all orders.

No worries, we know that things come up, and if you're unable to use your reservation you can simply let it expire, and claim another in the future.

Each production run is about a month, in length.
